Use the guidance below to find the quickest route to a resolution.

Please reply directly to the invitation email you received, or contact the event organiser named in that email. Your invitation link is unique to you, so please do not forward it to anyone else.

Check your junk or spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact the event organiser and your invitation can be re-sent to you.

Use the Forgot your password? link on the sign in page. A reset link will be emailed to the address registered against your account. If the reset email does not arrive, contact your system administrator.

System access is granted by an administrator. Please contact your Porsche South Africa events contact with your full name, email address and the role you require. Accounts are not self-registered.

When reporting an issue, please include the page you were on, the event concerned, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot is always helpful.
