The information is used to invite guests, manage bookings, run the event safely on the day, take payment where applicable, and report on attendance afterwards. It is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing without consent.
Access is limited to authorised Porsche South Africa staff, appointed event partners and access control personnel, and is restricted to the areas each role requires. Every account is created and managed by an administrator.
Guest and attendance records are retained for as long as needed to manage the event programme and to meet legal and reporting obligations, after which they are archived or removed.
Where an event carries a fee, all card transactions are processed by Yoco, our appointed South African payment gateway provider. Transactions are processed safely and in accordance with the security and privacy measures that Yoco has in place as a regulated payment provider.
Yoco is responsible for the security of the payment process on its own platform and for the handling of card data under its own privacy terms. Please refer to Yoco for the full details of the standards it maintains.
Guests can unsubscribe from event communications using the link included in every email. To request a copy of the information held about you, or to have it corrected or removed, please contact us using the details on the Support page.
